Preparation of Technical Specifications for SolarProjects to be Implemented across Malaysia

EVI has worked with Malaysia’s largest University (University Technology Mara) to develop Technical Guideline for Solar Farm Audit for SEDA Malaysia. SEDA Malaysia (Sustainable Energy Development Authority of Malaysia) is a statutory Govt. body in Malaysia formed under the Sustainable Energy Development Authority Act.  The keyrole of SEDA is to administer and manage the implementation of the feed-intariff mechanism which is mandated under the Renewable Energy Act.

EVI prepared Technical Guideline for implementation of Solar Projects. Prescribed formatsfor Solar Project developers were created for:

  • Site feasibility study
  • Sensitivity Analysis of Solar Resource Assessment
  • Pre-commissioning Checks (Cold Test
  • List of International Codes & Standards to be followed
  • Component Inspection
  • Commissioning  Checks
  • Reliability Run Test
  • Performance Ratio (PR) & System Yield Check
